Is it possible to create an own alert condition based e.g. on indicators and price and use this condition in connection with a symbol list so that every time the condition is fulfilled for a symbol in a specific time frame, the symbol will be highlighted and/or I get an acoustic sound. I'm not talking about scanning the symbols.

It is possible to highlight a cell or cells in a standalone spreadsheet based on an alert condition.

This is possible but because you require an and alert formula based upon study data, you will have to have a chart open for each symbol. And you will need to set the Alert formula on each of those charts.
