Performance issues with Denali futures feed

I'm having serious performance issues with Futures Feed from Denali. This has been happening for the last month or so. I'm loading 3 days of data and things have worked smoothly in the past. I just tried switching to delayed data on IQ Feed and there are no performance issues at all. I use a lot of non-time charts so ideally I'd like to avoid switching to 1-second. I'm currently using ver.2611 Please let me know if there are known issues or if there is a way to improve performance. thx |

Although we can not point to anything specific in recent versions, 2611 is relatively old. You need to start by updating to the current release, which is v 2758 by following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Then see how things are functioning. If you still have a problem, then we need to know what exactly you are seeing that leads you to believe there is some kind of performance inssue.
