...hi SC support
...in my previous post where I wanted to know what leads in accuracy between LVT and T&S ( it has been said that T&S IS 100% accurate !!)
...that was the case where LVT did NOT show such a trade size
...how am I supposed to read situation where LVT does show large trade and T&S does NOT show
...could it be that LVT is applied to volume bar chart instead of time based bar chart
...
...all that bothers me just a bit because I use LVT as a visual enhancement on chart in sync with properly filtered (trade size) T&S
...my point is short would be: LVT is not accurate in both ways-when it does and when it does not show adequate trade size
...it's easier to swallow when it does NOT show trade; but what to do when it shows trade not shown in T&S
...
...would it be too much to ask for linking LVT to T&S for 100% accuracy
...

...or how about this:
...my T&S has been set to filter volume >=10 and my bid/ask trade alerts also set with screaming "ask" or "bid"
...
...then alarm hits with LVT shoving trade and "nothing" in T&S !!!?
...
...what to question now?!
...alarm is embedded in T&S!!
...

As we stated in the previous post, the Large Volume Trade Indicator does not give you the individual trades that make up that indicator, except in the case of the "Based on Max Volume above Threshold", which will give you the largest quantity. Otherwise, the number is the sum of the values that are above the threshold.

Therefore, the only comparison you could make would be for the largest (max) quantity. If you see a discrepancy with this, then we would need to know that.
