I know you don't support Rithmic. But in trade activity log PNL is calculated. But its based on wrong tick value. Can you change it to correct one ? I have personal account and Denali feed too. |

The Trade Activity Log P/L is calculated from the "Currency Value per Tick" that is set in your "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol". If this is incorrect, then you need to change it there. Also, if you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol", then you definitely have to change the "Currency Value per Tick", as the default will be for the main symbol, and not for the symbol you are actually trading. Made changes in symbol settings saved and restarted app. Toke trade 2 tick winner, PNL should be 2.5 but is 10. Also 2 different daily PNL Trade account manager ( correct ) / Balance window vs. Trade Activity log (wrong). Also chart has 4.6755 format and Trade Activity log has different format 46755. What should I do to fix a problem ? |

This symbol has been set up. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
