Blank Bids and Ask Depth Bar Studies

Both the new and old versions of the Bids and Ask Depth Bar study are showing up blank on my chart. I’ve removed all other studies and settings from the chart to rule out conflicts, but that didn’t resolve the issue. Occasionally, I also see NaN values in the study — other times, it's completely blank. I’ve attached the chartbook for reference. Let me know if there’s anything else I should try. I have Denali feed and my DOM is all good. |

Oh, looks like I mistakenly used old AMP free account login for this post. I can share my personal current username if needed. The password manager somehow defaulted to this one. |

We do need you to post from your active account so we know how that account is setup. We do see one item in your chart, which is that you have the "Continuous Futures Contract Chart" option set to be "Forward Curve Study Support". You cannot use that option, as it is only meant for use with the "Forward Curve" study. Please select a different Continuous Futures contract option. Thank you. Your suspicion was correct — it was due to the Forward Curve Study support. I can now see the Bid/Ask Depth. However, there's an issue: whenever I change the timeframe, all the depth history gets wiped. I also tried downloading the Depth data from a specific Date-Time range. The log shows that the data was downloaded successfully, but I still don't see any historical Depth candlesticks. Also, changing the timeframe continues to erase the live-recorded data. |

Found the issue. Maximum Market Depth Data Days To Load needed to be set. All good.
