Hello Sierra Chart Support,

I have connected my Interactive Brokers account and would like to activate the Denali CME Group feed. However, the funded trading account status is not being recognized, and the “Trading Account Required” icon still shows an exclamation mark.

Can you please verify my funded account manually so I can receive real-time CME data?

You are not looking at the right information. The item you are referencing is just informational and does not change.

You need to look at the "Verified Until" date for your account, which can be found at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

When you make a proper connection, this date will update to 30 days in the future. Right now, your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2025-06-18" (June 18, 2025), so you are fine in this regard.
