Unable to enter trades on my apex account

i have an apex eval account and when i try to enter a trade, it doesnt work. if i switch to sim and try to enter a trade it does work. i thought maybe there was something wrong with my eval account, so i bought a new one today and tried to enter a trade on that, it still didnt work. also in case this is useful info, currently i use the rithmic direct data, its always been fine in the past. edit: apologies im an idiot, simple fix, disregard this post.
