Hi, I am a user of Sierra chart. I get a copy of footprints chart online but when I open all it studies I found that some studies are missing, it is written something like ->Sierracharstudies_64dll is missing. possibly removed by anti malware software..., . I also tries to reinstall the software again but it showing the same error. Hopefully you guys find some other solution of it as missing some studies meaning dont getting the full benefits of a footprints chart template |

Your anti-virus software is removing the file named "SierraChartStudies_64.dll". You need to create an exception for this file in your anti-virus software and then do another update of Sierra Chart (even if you are updating to the same release, the file will get installed).
