I think I'm also having issues. But I'm not looking at NQTV, but MBO symbols. I also have some dll studies that suddenly say are missing. SierraChartSTudies_64.dll I did a current version download as directed but that didn't fix it. (not sure if this is related issue) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-05-15 18:41:37

The MBO symbols could be affected, but it would just be the Market Depth data if it is anything, as that comes from the NASDAQ TotalView data, but the rest of the data is from the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape and the problem is isolated to the NASDAQ TotalView. We need more information from the senior engineer before we know for sure whether the Market Depth data for _MBO symbols is impacted in any way. The missing studies would not have anything to do with this. If you have one study, then you should have them all, as they are all contained within the same file. What is one study you are missing? Right-click on the NQTV Intraday chart from before May 15, 2025 and select the Delete and Download Data command from the displayed menu.

The missing studies would not have anything to do with this. If you have one study, then you should have them all, as they are all contained within the same file. What is one study you are missing?
The DLL was missing and all the studies for it were also missing. I have other custom dlls that were not so those studies worked. I’ve never seen that happen before so I just mentioned it because it happened the same time as the other issue |

There definitely is no correlation between the issues with the NQTV and your missing studies. Reinstalling the software should reinstall the missing file. If it continues to be missing, then this typically points to a virus scanner that is removing the file. If this is the case, then you would need to create an exception in your virus scanning software for SierraChartStudies_64.dll. Hello Your instructions worked -Right-click on the NQTV Intraday chart from before May 15, 2025 and select the Delete and Download Data command from the displayed menu.- ON charts I have added as add additional symbol EX AAPL main symbol will update but additional symbol EX NQTV-MSFT wont update What I am noticing is if I add as an additional symbol EX NQTV-CAT F-NQTV those updates as an additional symbol BUT SYMBOLS like MSFT NVDA AMZN don't update as add additional symbol |

You would need to open a specific chart for the symbols you are adding using the "Add Additional Symbol" and update the data in that individual chart. Then the data in the "Add Additional Symbol" will be correct when that chart is reloaded (i.e. select "Edit >> Reload and Recalculate").
