Subject: Essential Studies Missing Despite Package 12 (Spreadsheet System for Trading, Color Bar Alert Condition, etc.) Hello Sierra Chart Support, I’m currently using Package 12 (evaluation active until June 12, 2025), and I have reinstalled Sierra Chart completely and correctly (installed to C:\SierraChart, latest version, not a broker-specific installation). Despite this, several essential studies are not available in the software: - "Spreadsheet System for Trading #1–3" is missing - "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" is missing - Only reduced options like “Spreadsheet Interaction Example” or “Color Bar Based on MA” appear - F5 / Chart Settings do not behave as expected in some cases I have followed all official setup instructions, reinstalled as administrator, deleted older folders (SierraChart_1, Demo versions), and made sure I am logged in with my main Sierra Chart account. I also verified that I am **not using a demo** CQG login or a restricted broker installation. Please clarify why these core studies are unavailable and advise how to fully restore the normal Sierra Chart environment. Make sure you are looking at the correct location for the core studies. Since you refer to "Spreadsheet Interaction Example" as something that is showing, it makes us think that you are looking in the "Sierra Chart Custom Studies and Examples" area. Do not select the "Add Custom Study" button and tell us if the list of studies is not showing properly on the main Chart Studies window.
