Hi, I'm currently working on a computer at work during the wee and then on my laptop at home.
I am trying to copy my chartbooks over so I can look at my trades for the week and the markups I've done on my charts during the week.

I use a chartbook group of the 3 main markets I trade. I copied that chartbook group from my work computer to my laptop, however none of the drawings I've made are showing up.
How can I do this so the drawings show and the executions too if possible

Thanks

The drawings should definitely be there if you are copying the chartbooks from one location to another and copying the correct chartbooks.

You use the term "chartbook group" which is a specific item in Sierra Chart. If you are actually using a Chartbook Group on one computer, then you need to ensure that you are copying the correct chartbooks from that chartbook group to the other computer. In particular, a Chartbook Group is located under the 'Data/ChartbookGroups/YourChartbookGroupName' folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. Note that "YourChartbookGroupName" is some name that you created for the chartbook group. Refer to the following:

Ok, I got it. I have to copy the charts within the chartbook. Can't do the entire folder

You can copy the folder to move the chartbooks. We are just making sure you know which files/folder to copy.

Copying the file for a chartbook is fine, you just need to ensure that Sierra Chart is not running at either end. In doing this, you should be getting the drawings in the charts. Again, this is where we wanted to ensure that you are copying the correct files.
