Can the offsets be driven off the ask or bid prices rather than the last traded price?

For example: Say you sold a contract of CL at 104.00 with a (1) stop at 20 ticks and (2) a trail of 5 ticks (3) triggered after it reaches 103.80 or a 20 tick trigger. I would like the trigger to go off if the Ask (not the Last) price hits 103.80. Is that possible in the current setup?
