I created an attached order, then did a buy market order. The order was filled and now I have a stop and a target. So far so good. If I click Cancel All, the order is still open, and I can Flatten at any time. However, suppose I want to restore an OCO bracket? I can't find how to add back the OCO bracket of a stop and a target without placing a new trade or closing the existing trade.
