Recent versions of Sierra Chart are not compatible with Windows XP but this will be solved later this week. You need to use an earlier version for now. We see the last version you are using is 1405. Follow the instructions here to go back to an earlier version: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#Rollback The earliest you can go back to using our new installer is version 1408.
