It depends where those settings are being changed. If they are changed within the chart, then any charting features dependent on the Price Display Format and Tick Size will be affected. This does include drawing tools. We recommend referring to these settings here: Chart Settings: Price Display Format (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) If you change them through the Global Symbol Settings, then they apply globally but they will also have to be applied to each individual chart.
