When attempting to place trade with IB paper trading from USD.JPY i get error message Requesting order status for non-responsive order. \| Symbol: USDJPY \| TradeAccount: DU205687 \| InternalOrderID: 1081 \| 2016-07-25 05:59:06 * doesn't happen with any other pair just upgraded to 1446 tnx
