Did you set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Use Interactive Brokers Provided Position Average Price to false? I tried this and some limits are still being executed +/- a tick the value NewOrder.Price1 gets, Provide us the Fill activity line from the Trade Activity Log for this particular order.
