Hello, my SC data feed was disconnected on 01_Jul_2016. I have received this info in my email on 01_Jul_2016: The following market data account was not automatically extended due to Insufficient Balance: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Real-time data connection 1 . My SC Balance in the incriminated time have been and actually is higher enough than the requested value for ongoing month data supply. |
