You guys fixed something - no more error messages and it's working. Thanks. As you know, not having a trading account is one of the many ways CME disqualifies a subscriber from taking advantage of their offer of reduced monthly data fee. "Professional" is simply a term of convenience used by CME. I don't think I'm a pro - I'm more of a hack. :)
