OK you may be using the older method by which the appearance properties are being changed for alerts. That has been discontinued. Update Sierra Chart to the current version: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate In the current version, you will see that setting in the Chart Drawing Alerts dialog.
