Is your ISP Charter Communications? The issue is not Sierra Chart. This is caused by an ISP issue on your side.

We are going to be releasing a new version today with new connection details. We apologize for the delay with this but there was a lot of other work that had to be completed first.

Although we do not know if the new connection details will work. You could still have the same problem. As an alternative you can use CQG or CTS instead of Rithmic which you are currently using. Both of these are supported:
