Hi, I use Interactive Brokers. For ES and NQ I use format ES-201309-Globex but I can not chart NIY-201309-Globex as shown on the Sierra Chart list of symbols. I can only chart this future with different format: NIYU3-FUT-GLOBEX-JPY. The problem is the Open Position at Sierra Chart still zero after an order filled because the log using different format that is NIY-201309-Globex. I use spreadsheet for automatic trading. It bought more contracts than the limit I set because the position on hand was still zero for NIYU3-FUT-GLOBEX-JPY and all of the position on hand was under NIY-201309-GLOBEX.
