OK we have reproduced it and it is very apparent why this is happening. It is because the initial loading of data will not load the data from the temporary cache which subsequently happens during the chart "update" which is nearly immediately after. From our perspective this is not really a problem but it could be if this is not what you are expecting and have a reliance on it working as previously.
