Yes these items have been looked at and some of them have now been done. You can see that we get these requests done even if you are not a paid user still. You can tell we have a long list of things to do because of the long-delay and that is why we have not been very responsive to some of your feature requests and could not comment when we were asked about them again because we do not know if and when they will be done. Also asking us about something that has been requested previously to see what the status of it is, is a burden on us. It takes is time to look it up, consider it again, and we probably in the end do not have much of an answer to give anyway.
