That worked great for that particular contract. I was hoping the fix for one contract would fix the others as well, but the following products have the same or similar problems: HG-201403-CME HO-201403-CME COFFEE C-MAY14-ICE_IPE Before I make a decision on this combination of data and platform, can you tell me if this is a common problem with the Velocity/TT feed on Sierra? Does it happen more with a trial setup or does it carry over to live trading? I will be using a lot of back months for commodities. Finally, rather than bother you with every instance, is there anything that I can do to resolve/avoid the problem? I know you don't like "wordy" messages but I really appreciate your help. |
