What exactly do you mean by this: LastFillDateTime is not reset
Position gets flattened and then filled getting from Long position to Short one (or other way around). We really are quite lost as to what you are describing. This is not being presented in a way which we can understand and help with. You should also take note of the information here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Trade Position Line or Quantity Disappearing or Displaying Zero If there is improper Position reporting from TWS, that is going to affect the Open/Close variable of fills which can cause all kinds of problems with calculations involving fills.
