I am just moving over from Ninja. In Ninja, I could scroll and the indicators held their values. They should hold their values. In Sierra, it's as if the moving average indicators are "floating" on the chart. If the value of a moving average is 1114 at 8:00, it should be 1114 no matter where I scroll to because they are based on historical bars. I've attached two charts with three different moving averages on them. I placed a horizontal purple line segment to use as reference on two different pullbacks on the chart. These screenshots are from May 9, 2016 on the TFM6 Mountain Time. In the first picture, the green ema has a value of about 1112.9 in the first instance and at 1111.4 in the 2nd instance. Then, I scrolled forward by about one minute and now the green ema has completely changed values--1113.7 and 1112.1. Moving averages are based on historical bars. They should not change as I scroll the charts back and forth. I tried changing the scale on the moving average settings to independent, but it did not help. I want the studies to stay accurate as I scroll. How do I do that on the Sierra platform? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-05-09 17:26:49
