We can assure you, that your conclusion is incorrect: Your software failed, and I was looking for an answer as to why. If I did not have a monthly fee, fine, you get what you pay for, but since I am being charged every single month I use your platform, I would like to know why your software failed, and cost me money because it failed
This is a 100 percent impossibility.
