thanks for providing absolutely zero answer, and zero help to my question, it was akin to me asking what the weather is gong to be like today, and you answering yes, there will be weather. Your software failed, and I was looking for an answer as to why. If I did not have a monthly fee, fine, you get what you pay for, but since I am being charged every single month I use your platform, I would like to know why your software failed, and cost me money because it failed |
