Hello, Please rest assured I fully understand what is within the scope of your support policy and what is not. I am a sophisticated person and post only what is within your support policy. MAY I REQUEST THAT GOING FORWARD YOUR PERSUMPTION BE THAT IF DO NOT SEEK HELP THAT IS NOT IN YOUR SUPPORT POLICY? Here it seems to be a bug in the software. Math is real simple here and not the issue. You should be easily able to duplicate it. The problem occurs only on tick charts and NOT in other time frames. In tick charts, some combinations of settings work RANDOMLY while other do not. Some settings that did not work yesterday are working today while some settings that worked yesterday are not working today. Please try a variety of settings with tick chart and you will se the issue. |
