Hi I have recently been granted an extension to my original trial as I was unable to take advantage of the first period to any great extent. However, I am now having problems using a study collection previously loaded on to my charts with my first trial. The study collections are still showing in my data file but when I go to 'Analysis' and then studies nothing shows in the drop down menu under studies as it did previously. I only see the large new box headed 'Studies available'. Do I have to delete the data in the data file from the previous version or am I doing something wrong now? Also, with this free trial, am I able to access numbers bars, please? When I sign up for the paid version which version do I need for numbers bars, please. This is really imprtant to me.
