Thank you for the prompt reply. Done all that, and then did the following, and chose 186 days to download: "Deleting All Data: To delete all the data in the chart data file and download all available data from the server, then select Edit >> Delete All Data And Download on the menu. You will want to perform this procedure if you did not get any historical when you initially opened the chart, or in the case to get data going further back than you already have. This is also the simplest method just to re-download all of the data." I still get an incomplete chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1461759536727.png That is all I get. |
