Hi there, I'd like you to fix the issue with losing connection with Rithmic which appears periodically once in 10-15 min. It started to happen just recently. Also, I'd like to pay for my next portion of using the charts and Optimus promised to give me package #5 free of charge for me. PLease, let me know how it works and how to initiate this session for me and how I can upgrate it if I need.Thank you.
