Hi, I am brand new to Sierra chart and all forms of trading. I downloaded the chart to my computer on Friday but for some reason the chart hasn't moved on from there. I have a green data box showing I am connected to the data stream and my alert box is feeding me current time info but the charts are not moving on from the 22nd april in the evening. In looking at the help section regarding the problem can't find an obvious problem. As I am new to it all I am struggling to know where to find the solution or what to do. Please help!! Many thanks. |
