In the pre-release of Sierra Chart we notice 0% CPU usage most of the time with one TPO chart. Also, the TPO charts which are not visible definitely are not going to put any load on the CPU. You can confirm this just by minimizing them. The simple fact is version 1394 makes a dramatic reduction in CPU usage.
