The download from that link is for Old Spreadsheets, and it might not have converted properly for you. Use the attached instead. Use the study collection if you are adding this to a chart so that the correct spreadsheet study and settings are used. Even after conversion this wasn't functional in the New Spreadsheets and it required a rework. BTW, the y/n are case sensitive.
