Thanks for the help. really appreciate it. When you are reversing, with Attached Orders, what happens is that there is an order used to flatten the position, and another order to establish a new position with Attached Orders. but I wasn't using new short orders to reverse. my existing long position already protected by its own stoploss order. I'm just trying to put in new short orders in case this stoploss is hit. my new short orders are always at the same place or below the stoploss for existing long position. why can't I do this with sierra chart? I didn't have this problem when I was using T4. and I'm now running sierra chart with the same CTS data feed. why is this now a problem?
