Yes I use Interactive Brokers as my Broker. I pay for and want to use Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. When I go to Global Setting, I see in the service drop down that Interactive Brokers is selected. Could this be the problem? In the link you sent it states that you should not change this setting. Should I change this setting to SC Data- All services (data) ?
