We are checking the Message Log now. However, you must connect Sierra Chart to your Interactive Brokers live account and you cannot switch to the SC Data - All Services service and be able to receive the real-time CME data. That will not work. This should not affect the connection but one problem we see as we are looking at the Message Log is this: Notice: Your computer's clock is off by 3564 seconds.
