I probably should've been more specific when describing my issue, so I apologize. My problem is that I can't go very far back into the historical data. The only historical data that I can see is that which has been populated from the real time data. Is there a solution for pulling up more extensive historical data beyond what's populated from the live data, or is that the only way to track historical data? I will also post a message log if that would be helpful to the solution of this issue. Thanks! |
