If you have looked through the backup Chartbooks and neither them or the current Chartbooks have the charts that you need, then we have no further advice. We can tell you, that it makes no sense that once a Chartbook is saved, that charts are going to disappear from it even if there is a computer crash. Unless somehow the file became corrupted. In which case you should then go back to a system backup to recover a prior version of the Chartbook. You are responsible for making backups of your system.
