Hello, I appreciate the one week extension on my account! As suggested in a previous post, I matched my sierra charts settings up with the instructions provided in the link below: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TickbyTickDataConfiguration.php#ServicesThatSupportBVandAV Still no luck with loading historical data for the mini Hang Seng Index. It was suggested that in this particular instance the problem is stemming from the CQG data itself. I'm wondering if it's a solvable issue, or if I'll need a different data feed provider? In the tick by tick data configuration link it mentions that CQG supports bid volume and ask volume, so I'm not sure if there is something they need to activate on their end or if it's just not possible? Also possibly worth mentioning, but I do have CQG's "Level 2 HKFE data" which is referenced from the link below. http://www.cqg.com/partners/exchanges/hkfe Please let me know if you think this is something that can be resolved with CQG, or if you think I will need to find a new data feed provider entirely in order to have complete mini Hang Seng Index data.
