Post From: some of the charts got deleted from the chartbook when my computer crashed

i had about 12 charts for 5 symbols in a chartbook. today my computer crashed and when i started sierra again; 7 of my charts had disappeared. is there a way a recover those charts as i had notes on those charts going back more than a year. thank you ps i am using sierra version 784 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-07-10 18:52:54
