Click ''trade'' at the top of your screen. Then click ''open trade window for chart'' . At the top make sure the settings are set to '' simple bracket'' . Then go to ''trade'' again and select ''chart trade mode on'' . Then you should be able to just right click on that chart and select buy or sell limit and your bracket will be created.
