I am experiencing the same issue. I am unable to cancel or move orders. This is the message I receive when I try to cancel: Order cancellation failed | Unable to cancel order without a Service Order ID. Internal Order ID: 24252. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: USDCAD | 2016-03-14 08:08:00 * |
