Hi, I'm having this message too. Just opened an account with AMP using TTNet data feed and thought it might be their end but maybe not. I have CME live data feed working but not the Eurex. Tried to use the "get symbols" button under find syumbol but its greyed out. I'll attach the log message below but looks to be the same thing. Downloaded the latest release and also the prelease with no change.
