What is it about the particular data it is referencing and the Study Settings that is causing this? You are in a better position to determine this than us. Carefully examine bar by bar the data to make sure it is correct and then check the Study Settings and refer to the documentation for all of the Study Settings that you have changed. You need to understand our perspective on this. We have a very limited view of what you are doing. We do not have access to your Sierra Chart or know exactly what you are doing and what you are expecting.
