Dear Support Team, having a Sierra Chart account and having the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed activated I experience a lot of lost connections. On evaluating I realized that probably the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed does not arrive in this particular Sierra Chart installation provided by TransAct. The 2 indications are ongoing lost connections and the missing [M] in the chart header. "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is enabled, disconnecting and reconnecting does not bring up any indication for beeing supported by the Sierra Chart data feed. Connection Type is "Live", Port 1869 is used, Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock is set to "False". Please refer to the attached screenshot of chart and Data/Trade Service settings.
