Is it OK if the chart only goes back 10 days? To compress the data, use this feature here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_DataSourceSettings.php#DataFileManagement That runs on a background thread and should not cause Sierra Chart to freeze but maybe this is a problem if there are charts open which reference the file.
