No, this is not supported and this capability would never come because it drastically changes how everything works and is implemented and would cause numerous problems as well as difficulties with support because there would be no single way chart bars would be time stamped. In the future, we may add the capability for a custom study to access the ending time of a chart bar. So if you have a need for something like that, then that capability is coming.
